1. Project Overview

Dongguan Tianan Digital City, invested and built by Dongguan Tianan Digital City Co., Ltd., is located in Nancheng District, the center of Dongguan New City. It is the “three-fold” project in Dongguan and one of the three billion projects in Nancheng District.

The distribution system of the entire commercial area B has a high and low voltage power distribution room with 4 transformers built in the underground floor of the commercial body; the entire distribution system has more than 103 low voltage feed-out circuits, and the incoming circuit is installed. 3.2 System Structure

The entire system is designed with a set of Acrel2000 power monitoring system, which adopts a layered and distributed structure, namely the field equipment layer, network management layer and monitoring management layer.

The field equipment is used to collect the operating parameters of each loop power system, including the telemetry information such as current, voltage and power, as well as the switching status of the circuit breaker and the status of the switch. The network management layer mainly includes the communication management machine, photoelectric conversion equipment, switches, etc. Responsible for the uploading of data and the release of instructions; monitoring management is the core of the whole system, the storage of all data, the display of the operating status of the power system, and the release of control commands are all completed through this part.

The main functions are the main main wiring diagram interface display; event recording, system operation abnormal monitoring; fault alarm and operation record; energy report query and printing; system load query, user authority management and other main functions; telemetry information report query, circuit breaker split Gate status indication, etc.

The monitoring center of the whole system is located in the duty room of the power distribution room. 3.3 Software Design

Acrel-2000 power monitoring software is a special software for collecting and monitoring field instrument data. The system is an intelligent network power monitoring system. Figure 2 shows the power distribution monitoring interface of the system, which displays the three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, rate factor and the current circuit breaker circuit breaker and device status of the circuit breaker in real time.
