It is the first in the world to develop a copper alloy carcass diamond saw blade to make the service life of the copper-based diamond saw blade reach or exceed the cobalt-based diamond. The saw blade costs 40% less than the cobalt-based diamond saw blade. The technology can also develop diamond cutter heads suitable for different granite hardness according to the performance of stone in different regions.
The project was started in the early 1990s, and began trial production in 1996 and mass production in 1997. The technology has been appraised by the Science and Technology Commission in 1997, and its mathematical model of holding power is the first in the world. The development project won the provincial light industry science and technology progress special award, and was recommended as the first prize of the provincial science and technology progress in 1998, included in the national 95 "key scientific and technological achievements promotion project.
The copper-based diamond circular saw blade manufacturing process is formed by welding or pressing a substrate and a diamond cutter head. Advanced production technology, strict implementation of quality control, so that the quality exceeds domestic similar products, the cost is lower than domestic similar products, with obvious competitive advantages.
The products produced according to the technology have the following characteristics: high cutting efficiency, low energy consumption, smooth sawing and material saving.
