As a global leader in silicones, silicon-based technology and innovation, Dow Corning was recently named the 2013 China Outstanding Employer by the Joint Investigation Agency (CRF). The joint investigation agency is an independent organization that specializes in evaluating outstanding leaders in human management. It was founded by the Joint Investigation Agency in 1991 and was introduced into China in 2006.
