According to the soil moisture monitoring results of the Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Bureau on March 28, the current relative humidity of the farmland (0-20 cm, the same below) in the central Chaoyang, north Shenyang, and northeastern Dalian is 52% to 59%. Poor, in a mild drought, accounting for 12% of the total number of stations; Liaodong, central part of the country and eastern Liaoning Province, the soil is wet, accounting for 33% of the total number of stations; the rest of the majority of the farmland soil relative humidity of 60 From % to 90%, the farmland is in good condition, accounting for 55% of the total number of stations (Figure 1). The situation in western Liaoning is better than that in the same period of last year, the relative humidity of the soil is 4 to 42 percentage points higher, and the rest of the area is basically flat.

The Liaoning Provincial Meteorological Observatory estimates that the province will be cloudy on April 1 and the whole province will be cloudy and cloudy from 2 to 4 days. In the next 5 days, there will be no obvious precipitation in most parts of Liaoning Province. The relative humidity of farmland will decrease slightly. The central part of Chaoyang, north of Shenyang and northeast of Dalian will maintain a mild drought, and the wetness of the central and eastern parts will gradually shrink.

It is suggested that the areas with poor lyrical conditions in western Liaoning should use the soil-freezing and re-slurry period to tighten the time and rectify the soil, and do a good job of soil conservation; in the eastern part of Liaobei, Liaodong, and the central part of the soil, the soil moisture is dilated, creating suitable soil conditions for field planting.
