Kemira sells hydrogen peroxide plant in Canada
Finland’s Kemira recently signed a contract to sell its hydrogen peroxide plant in Maitland, Ontario, Canada to Evonik Industries. The transaction is scheduled to be completed by the end of November. The financial status of the transaction has not been disclosed.
