Recently, Hunan Provincial Renewable Aluminum Processing Furnace Smelting Furnace Engineering Technology Research Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Center”) established by Hunan Baling Furnace Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. has successfully passed acceptance.

During the establishment period, the center set up a total investment of 34 million yuan, an additional 12,000 square meters of experimental sites, 80 new instruments and equipment, completed the optimization of the structure of recycled aluminum smelting furnace, rotary regenerative preheater, no side There are 19 technical studies including the reversible regenerative combustion system and the silicon carbide metal combined air preheating system.

In addition, the center has obtained a number of scientific and technological achievements: 26 patent applications, 9 authorizations, 17 patents for inventions, and 1 patent application for international patents from five countries including the United States, Brazil, Mexico, India, and Vietnam. Accepted; 2 results identified, one technology ranks the leading domestic level, one technology has reached the international advanced level; passed the energy conservation technology certification of the China Quality Certification Center; the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau filed 4 enterprise standards; 1 technology was selected. The national key energy-saving and low-carbon technology promotion catalogue; won the second prize of the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, and the third prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. Twenty key technical talents were trained, and the practice base for the graduates of the design and manufacturing of recycled aluminum melting furnaces was completed, and the training base for employees in the design and manufacturing of recycled aluminum melting furnaces was completed. The use of funds is reasonable.

The center will take the next step to actively play a central role in radiation, and strive to build the center into an energy-saving equipment research and development, technology innovation, results transformation and demonstration, and personnel training in industrial furnaces with certain influence in China. Promote the technical level of energy-saving equipment for industrial furnaces in Hunan Province and even China, and make greater contributions to the development of China's Industrial Furnace Energy-saving Equipment Industry.
