This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic corrugated pipe products for prestressed concrete bridges.
This standard is applicable to plastic corrugated pipes for prestressed concrete bridges which are extruded by hot melt extrusion using high density polyethylene resin (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP) as the main raw materials.

1, plastic bellows ring stiffness
The rigidity of the plastic corrugated pipe ring should not be less than 6kN/m^2.
2, plastic corrugated pipe local lateral load
When the plastic corrugated pipe is subjected to lateral partial load, the surface of the pipe shall not be broken; the residual deformation of the pipe after unloading Sin shall not exceed 10% of the outer diameter of the pipe.
3, plastic bellows flexibility
After the plastic bellows is repeatedly bent five times according to the prescribed bending method, the special plug gauge can smoothly pass through the plastic bellows, and the flexibility of the plastic bellows is qualified.
4, plastic bellows impact resistance

experiment method:
1. Test environment
Normal temperature (23 ± 2) °C.
2, test sample
The sample shall be adjusted according to the test environment for more than 24 hours before the test.
3, ring stiffness
A, sample
Take a length (300 ± 10) mm sample from each of the five tubes, and the ends should be perpendicular to the axis.
B. Test method
The lowering speed of the upper platen is (5 ± 1) mm / min, and when the amount of deformation of the inner diameter in the vertical direction of the sample is 3% of the original inner diameter, the load on the sample at this time is recorded.
4, local lateral load
A. The length of the sample is 1100mm. Take a point at the trough in the middle of the sample. Apply a lateral load F to the cylindrical top head with R=6~ at the end. It is required to reach the specified load value of 800N within 30s. Whether the surface of the pipe is broken; after unloading for 5 minutes, the deformation of the outer diameter of the plastic bellows is measured at the loading point.

5, flexibility
A. A sample of 1100mm long is fixed vertically on the test platform, and two curved templates are installed.
