Article 92    Operation When using a rock drill to prepare for rock drilling, follow the following passwords and instructions.

The third and the second officer heard the commander's “preparing rock” password, and checked the surrounding conditions. The left hand held the handle of the rock driller, the right hand adjusted the damper, and then adjusted the throttle to catch the engine start bolt and issued the “start engine” signal. , start the engine. Adjust engine speed and send out "Engine OK" signal. According to the "good" signal of the first member, the rock driller will be handed to the first member and returned to the equipment box to be on standby.

Note

The wearing of the goggles is governed by Article 89 (3).

Check the surrounding conditions (if there are people and other obstacles) before pulling the starter bolt. When starting the engine, pay attention to keeping the body stable and properly control the equipment. (When one person is difficult to control the equipment, two people can control it)

 

(Drilling operation)

Article 93    When using a rock drill for rock drilling, follow the following passwords and instructions.

First, the commander issued a password for “starting rock drilling” and after confirming the operation status of the first member, issued a “stop” password.

After hearing the command of the commander to “start rock drilling”, the second member of the first officer went to the designated position of the commander to carry out rock drilling operations. After hearing the commander's “stop” password, stop the rock drilling operation. While reducing the engine speed, press the spring switch with the right hand to stop the engine.

Since rock drilling is not conducive to good health, it is forbidden to work continuously for a long time.

Article 94-1    To clean up the rock drill, follow the following passwords and instructions.
