Select the model

The selected model should be compatible with the selected triangular tape, otherwise the triangular tape will appear abnormal in the pulley groove. When replacing the triangular tape, it is best to bring the old tape to the agricultural machinery department to avoid mistakes in the model.

Install correctly

Before installation, if the center distance between two axes is an adjustable structure, the center distance should be shortened first. After the tape is installed, the center distance should be adjusted as required; if the center distance between the two axes is not adjustable, a triangular belt can be used. Put in the wheel groove first, then turn the other pulley, install the triangular tape, and install the set of triangle tape in the same way.

It is forbidden to use hard boring and hard boring on the triangle belt during installation to prevent the triangle tape from being stretched or over-tightened. To prevent skewing: When the belt pulley is installed, the centers of the two upper pulleys must be aligned. Otherwise, the triangular tape will work unilaterally and the wear will be severe. The service life of the triangular tape will be reduced. Elasticity suitable: The tightness of the triangular tape must be constantly checked and adjusted to meet the requirements. It is not only easy to slip through the triangle belt, but also increase the wear of the triangle belt, and even can not transmit power; too tight, not only will make the triangle belt stretch deformation, easy to damage, but also cause the clutch bearing of the engine main bearing due to excessive force, And accelerate the wear of the V-belt.

Correct inspection method

Apply a vertical pressure of about 2 kg to the center of each tape by hand. The amount of subsidence should be (20 - 30) mm. When it is not suitable, adjust it in time.

Old and new: When two or more triangular tapes need to be replaced, they must use the specified type of triangle tape, and require that the tightness of each set of triangular tapes is consistent, and the new and old combinations or the reduction of the number of roots must not be used. Otherwise, the old and new triangle belts are affected. Inequality, even the old triangle belt does not work, affecting power transmission and shortening the life of the V-belt.

Strictly prevent contamination: In use, it is necessary to strictly prevent the oil and dirt on the V-belt and avoid contact with corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis to prevent slipping and corrosion of the V-belt and early damage.

Daily maintenance: The driver and the user must master the correct operation essentials during normal driving. In accordance with the technical requirements of the instruction manual, try hard to avoid slamming and braking. Also, you should prevent frequent overloading; the machine tool should be removed after long-term deactivation.
