I. Overview
The PS5I/PS6I wet concrete jet machine (MEF120447) has the advantages of advanced technology, reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, long service life, etc. It is widely used in tunnels and culverts. Second, the main structure
This machine mainly consists of four parts: mechanical power system, feeding system, air supply system and quick-setting agent addition system.
1. Mechanical power system: The mechanical power generated by the drive motor is mainly decelerated and twisted by the gearbox, and the rotor body is rotated by the output shaft.
2. Feeding system: It mainly consists of hopper, vibrator and rotor body.
3. Air supply system: This system is mainly composed of main air inlet pipe, shunt pipe, pressure gauge, upwind road, downwind road, auxiliary air passage, valve and pipeline.
4. Accelerator addition system: mainly composed of metering pump and joint pipe.
