Research on Ultra Low Nitrogen Oxide Emissions from CFB in Engineering Thermophysics

<

According to GB13223-2011 "Emission Standard for Air Pollutants of Thermal Power Plants", the thermal power boilers will implement a new standard of less than 100 mg/m3 for the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx) from July 1, 2014. At present, the NOx emissions of most CFB boilers cannot directly meet the standards, and the existing flue gas denitration technologies have limited NOx removal rates and high costs, making the environmental advantages of CFB boilers no longer prominent. There are new challenges in the development of technology. Therefore, how to make use of CFB's own advantages, it is particularly important to minimize NOx emissions through technical means in the combustion process.

Under the auspices of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' strategic pilot technology project "Semi-Coke/Coal Clean and High-Efficiency Combustion Demonstration" project, the CFB Laboratory of the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted a research on key technologies for ultra-low NOx emission during CFB boiler combustion process. This technology is based on the formation mechanism of NOx, gives full play to the advantages of CFB combustion technology, and achieves a target of NOx emission of less than 100 mg/m3 through a new combustion path. In order to verify the feasibility of the new CFB combustion technology program, an ultra-low emission combustion technology was modified for a set of existing CFB combustion pilot plant.

Recently, the hot state commissioning completed on the reformed CFB combustion pilot plant showed that the CFB pilot plant achieved ultra-low NOx emissions from the combustion of semi-coke fuel CFB, and the NOx original emission concentration was 136 ppm from the conventional CFB combustion. The national standard is reduced to 271.5mg/m3) and reduced to 30ppm (converted to 48.5mg/m3 according to the national standard), which is much lower than the limit of the new standard. The excellent performance of the new CFB combustion technology is initially demonstrated.

The next step for researchers is to continue the research on new ultra-low NOx emissions from CFB combustion and make new contributions to the development of ultra-low NOx emission technologies.

LED Therapy Light High Power

LED Therapy Light High Power, include 3 wattages, 300w 500w 1000w, 300w with 50pcs led, 500w with 1000cs led, 1000w with 200pcs led.

Why use led therapy light?

Red light therapy is a skin care treatment being offered as an alternative to physician-administered laser therapy.

Nost studies is involving red light therapy revolve around the treatment of acne, and of its ability ti get rid of wrinkle, while research is not yet conclusive on the benefits of red light therapy, studies suggest that concentrated red light is absorbed y the mitochondria in the cells and stimulates the generation of more collagen.
